I have an idea to make the header section is separately with the article section. Then, the first thing that I have to do, after jump into the Blogger Template Editor, is search for the <b:section id='Articles'>, and put the code below above that code :
The code will automatically show the option of the showaddelement attribute.
After I pressed Save Template button, then I am ready to add the Header widget manually through the Page Element menu. The picture below is what will you see in the Page Element menu after insert the code above to the Blogger template.

If you did the same steps as me from the beginning until this time, then you may see the same template design as mine. After you pressed the Save Setting button, and clicked the View blog link, then you will see that finally our template has a blog header, located just above the date of the article.
